"Mattress was excellent. Bathroom small. No safety bar in tub. Very nice otherwise."

"We were warmly welcomed when we arrived. Rooms were clean and it was quiet. There is shopping all around not too far from the hotel and great restaurants. There was a slow storm the day we were leaving and the staff shoveled out to our vehicle doors. That was really nice. Overalll it was a great stay!"

"The stay was ok it was the check in that was …awful. The situation could’ve been hadled a millions times better. As the front staff female attendant was very brut to try to understand the situation and explain a solution calmly. Getting pushed aside doesn’t not mean a customer understands and maybe offering options could’ve helped "

Coffee and hot water for hot chocolate available in the lobby - staff replenished hot chocolate when we asked but the hot water wasn't hot and coffee was often lukewarm too. Nice daily breakfast available. Parking was difficult because coach buses were taking up many car spots. "
