"The hotel is very nice. The pool and pool bar are a nice option for lunch and a swim. My wife enjoyed the taste of the food offerings. My only issue was that the staff was not as friendly to my 2 year old as I am used to at other hotels in the area. I was also underwhelmed by the executive lounge. I will go back to the hotel but they need to step up the service compared to the other major hotel in CDO. "

"Overall thumbs up 3/5. Except for, the receptionist told me that the last night I didn’t use would be refundable, and still hasn’t refunded me. Since I had to check out 1 day early. You should do what you tell your customer."

"We booked 2 family rooms and the room was full of dust seems not cleaned for quite a while. We requested to room cleaning only to be cleaned the night before we checked out. by the way we stayed there for 3 nights. We slept in the room for 2 nights without our room cleaned despite requests and hanging the clean up room tag on our outside door. I would not recommend this hotel"
