"It is not Good. Nagbayad ko og booking sa Hotel na wala ga operate kay close pa gihapon na dismaya tawon me together with my family. "The hotel is very nice. The pool and pool bar are a nice option for lunch and a swim. My wife enjoyed the taste of the food offerings. My only issue was that the staff was not as friendly to my 2 year old as I am used to at other hotels in the area. I was also underwhelmed by the executive lounge. I will go back to the hotel but they need to step up the service compared to the other major hotel in CDO. "
