"The room was comfy and lovely and warm. Getting something to eat after 9pm was appreciated. Breakfast was a nightmare due to so many customers. What I normally eat when away was not quite available ( porridge in a pot for me to sort out to eat, and did not come ready hot and a shortage of condiments. "

"The room was clean and tidy. There was an usual odour which was initially annoying. There were several neutradol odour fighters dotted around so I guess the problem was long term. The bed sagged badly in the middle which meant my wife and I rolled together overnight. However the second night, due my wife attending a conference at a nearby hotel I had the bed to myself. This meant I rolled into the central pit everytime I turned over in the night. "

"My room was very close to the kitchen and the noise from it's extractor was quite recognized. The heating was not adequate for the room with regards the outside temperature during my stay, so I had to ask for a mobile heater."

"All round good stay apart from it was ridiculously hot,especially in the restaurant. Had to go out the front door to get some fresh air as it was very stiffy whilst trying to eat. Also need plug sockets on the rooms for people to be able to use at same time. "

"Staff 24hrs on reception fantastic , very friendly & helpfull . Would have liked a kettle in the room ! And air con heat was not good for me as i have copd , still struggling with my breathing a week later "

"We stayed in a exec suite which provided nice separation between the sitting area and the bed. However the bedroom was very tight, with very limited room around the bed. Unfortunately, we had to wait for our room when we checked in at 3.30. The gym was large and newly refurbished. The spa was nice, there was a limited seating area and both the sauna and steam room could only accommodate 3/4 people at a time. Both times we visited there were groups on spa days, so became very busy! Good...
