The place was very busy but the football had just finished staff only had two desks open so was hard to hear what was being said had to park far away and move the car later which was a pain

Great location next to shops and dining options. Rooms well equipped, clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. The views of the stadium and pitch was a pleasant surprise and great talking point!

the hotel staff were possibly the worst i have seen in years, could not care less! i asked when i signed in if i needed to book for dinner as i had guests coming, told no, when they arrived they didnt have any space in the restaurant !! at breakfast, asked for room number then told ok - i asked what happens now then told find a seat and its self service, could not care less! the car park charge is £8 per night, thanks gad there are plenty of other hotels in the area as i wont be staying here again - EVER. the other thing is you basically have to walk around the whole hotel to find either somewhere to eat of your room. if you have a mobility issue (which i have) its not good. met a guy walking around the hotel (as i were) to find the restaurant, he said he would be staying here again too!

Great location, and good hotel.... Charged £8 a day for parking... which included a 'discount'... what a joke Breakfast was £24 a day to add on..... Stayed here through work however would recommend staying somewhere a bit cheaper that doesnt charge you a small fortune to either eat or park
