"From the minute we arrived we felt welcome. Every member of the team was professional and ensured you are taken care of. Any issues or questions we had were addressed in a very courteous and timely manner. The choice of restaurants and quality and variety of food did not disappoint. The pools are clean and maintained. The beach is clean and relaxing. There was all kinds of entertainment throughout the day and into the evening that appeals to a wide range of audience. They are very kid friendly to the point that kids come first. They are located right beside Breathless which you can access their pools, entertainment and restaurants. Shuttles are available to move you around the property. I cannot think of 1 negative."

Great food options, beautiful beach, and the staff works tirelessly to make sure your stay is everything you want it to be! We had a personal concierge, Ellis, that was awesome! She was in constant contact to make sure we had all we needed. She went above and beyond to make our stay magical! When we book next year we will request her again!!"

"The report was amazing - quiet and not crowded at all. There were a few bumps in the road but nothing major. One of the room pillows had mold on it and there were some inconsistencies with the wait staff on what was available versus what was not but OVERALL, an amazing place with amazing people! "
