"The hotel is within short walking distance to town centre. Walking to appariton hill and cross mountian is pleasant specially when the weather is cooler. The ladies in reception are very helpful. The staff at the restaurant for breakfast are attentive making sure there is always warm food and you have all you need. Have stayed twice in this hotel and will definitely recommend it to friends and family. Looking forward to our next stay."

"The room was nice & clean & check in was easy. GPS doesn’t take you to actual location ( down the street) . Housekeeping did not come on my second day to freshen the room. I also booked this resort because it had a restaurant but it was not open either night for dinner so I had to drive to town."

"If I could give Hotel Herceg more than 5 stars I would. Everything about this hotel was amazing. From location to the staff. The hotel is at the heart of Medugorje. A very short walk to the church, nearby shops, and restaurants. My family and I walked to Apparition Hill which was about 25 minute walk (highly recommend to walk, see the houses, and the Divine Mercy statue & well), and we walked to Cross Mountain. "Thus hotel is outstanding. As we joined a spiritual journey to Medjugorje, we knew we would be busy and in need of comfort. It would be difficult to beat the Palace for all your needs, and the quiet solitude, with an incredible view of Apparition Hill. I highly recommend this hotel and will be back. "
