This is a fabulous place to stay. The staff and service was superior. The food served in the restaurant was of the highest quality. They literally set the standard for value. I would very much like to return to the Hotel Ivona.

Our hosts and their staff were amazing!! If you let them know ahead of time, they will prepare breakfast and dinner for you. The quality and selection of the food and the service was outstanding! We’d recommend this hotel highly.

Quiet location about a twenty minute walk to the town center. Staff was great preparing meals for our group for breakfast and dinner. Family atmosphere. They were all very friendly and accommodating to our requests. They also have excellent wine they make themselves... a must try.

The wonderful hotel Icons, Medjugorye

Our stay with our host Maka and family was fantastic. We arrived late after a long bus trip from Dubrovnik but the staff turned around and cooked a wonderful meal for us. If you ever go to Medjugorye stay in this wonderful family run hotel. The food, service, cleanliness, value for money, and sheer friendliness will be hard to beat.

Very Friendly and helpful staff.

Very friendly and helpful staff and was more than happy to take the time to explain things and answer any questions.They set up a taxi for us for our trip to Split and the morning breakfeasts were outstanding!!! They even did some laundry for me free of charge as a courtesy which i thought was very nice. The pool area looked very nice. I cannot wait to return!!! Dominic from Tampa-

Fantastic hotel and friendly staff

The staff at Hotel Ivona were so helpful and friendly, very welcoming. The hotel is clean and comfortable, very nice pool outside. The food was very good, noting was to much trouble for the staff. I have already recommended this hotel to friends and family as I will be back myself next year.

Great family room for a pilgrimage

The Hotel Ivona blows away your expectation of what a budget hotel can be. Modern design, recently completed to a high standard. Great warm welcome, wonderful outdoor pool for a refreshing dip. Rooms are spotlessly clean and more than adequate for a family of 4 on a short pilgrimage. Peters warm welcome wa tremendous, and there is literally Irving that is too much bother. His character is the highlight of the stay.

agréable sejour. Le personnel est très sympa. il n y a pas de restaurant à la carte (un menu est proposé), ni de produits de douche dans les salles de bain. mais pour le prix payé il faut savoir aller à l essentiel. la literie est confortable; la chambre spacieuse et silencieuse et c était nos critères. très bien.

Welcoming,efficient, delightful hotel and staff

From the moment we arrived we felt at home. The staff made us so welcome. Everything was completed with a smile.Our holiday was a complete success, and they were a big part of that. I would happily recommend this Hotel to everyone. The hotel was very clean, the decor was beautiful, and there was plenty of space to move around. When the temp outside was 38 their air conditioning kept us cool and comfortable. We enjoyed many a cool drink and relax in their lounge area. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced. We had intended to eat at different places during our stay, but, when we had our first meal there on our first night, we decided that this was the only place we wanted to eat! We had a beautiful three course meal there every night.

Hotel ottimo, ottima cucina e servizio

In posizione molto comoda al centro di Medjugorje (raggiungibile in 5 minuti d'auto), l'hotel è nuovo, le camere spaziose e con aria condizionata, il bagno un po' piccolo senza box doccia, ma il resto perfetto, soprattutto l'ospitalità dei proprietari che ti fanno sentire in famiglia. La colazione e la cena abbondanti e di ottima qualità, preparati con cura e ad un prezzo decisamente buono. Tra l'altro il proprietario ci ha informato che a breve sarà disponibile anche la piscina (in fase di costruzione), perciò noi sappiamo già che quando torneremo a Medjugorje andremo senz'altro in questo hotel.

Un poco alejado del centro pero el personal lo suplía con sus ganas de agradar y de servicio. El hotel es nuevo y está muy limpio.
