"I enjoied my stay but it was a few things that could have made my stay exceptional, like the elevators where not working adequately but the hotel allowed the guests to use the service elevator thats helped. Then the hotel room service menu was not very good. It is not enough vegetables on the menu in my opinion. All of the workers were friendly and helpful. "

The only issue we had was the hot water, you had to let it run for quie awhile before it got hot enough. With that said overall we enjoyed our stay, however i didn't like being right downtown ."
