Matinloc Island hotel rooms a the Independent

"The view is amazing! Staff are nice . Although on checking out we were presented with a restaurant bill on which is not ours.Good I still have our receipts from the restaurant. We always pay our bill in cash before leaving the restaurant. Staff must have misheard the room number of the other diner and charged it to our room. I told them to check their camera .The music is loud too .I suggest they have guests initial their bill every time they charged it to their room . I emailed and messaged...

"Check on was extremely slow considering we were the only ones and came a day late. Our room was not ready even though we paid for the night before. The bungalow was well kept and clean The breakfast was good. We did eat at the restaurant but better food else where. I booked a tour and was given the wrong one the receptionist told me it was my fault that I had signed for it. Which was untrue I never signed for it. Other than that my stay was perfect "

"I stayed here for 5 days and had a great time. They have free transportation to town or tours. Right on a very nice quiet clean beach. If you are a foodie you can walk to Carly for an incredible meal as well. Thanks Ulle!"
