There were a lot of mosquitos when we stayed but the hotel does provide mosquito coils for the outside shower and toilet area and mosquito repellent. "This is a great spot for meeting fellow travelers and organizing tours from. Like others have said, definitely a party hostel with free drinks from 7-11 pm. The private room bed we had was pretty hard, so a little rough sleep. Breakfast and coffee included in your stay. "I like a lot the beach and the position, the care and attention by the working team and the excursions to the nearby islands that I believe it is a must should you are getting there from far away. "Just wanted to say how much I enjoyed staying at the Hutch Lodging House. The room was very clean, and all the staff were quite exceptional. Extra kudos go out to Dado and Jeboy who really helped out during my trip there. Though the facility is located a bit out of town (about a 10 min walk), the view was quite exceptional when going on my morning walks into town. If you are looking for a more quiet, relaxed place to rest, but is still close to town, you should highly consider staying at Hutch. "
