"The property is on the older side and it is quite a distance from Puerto Princesa(6hr drive) but if you are coming from El Nido is only an 1 1/2hr drive. The property is quiet as well which helps you relax and enjoy since it’s away from the city. The staff are friendly and accommodating to our needs. Overall I would stay here again for some peace and quiet."

"It was absolute perfection! This was our first time to the Phillippines, my suggestion is don’t stay in el nido town, stay your entire time at Cauayan, the hotel was incredible but the staff makes it a 10 star hotel. The location is fine; it’s close to many shops and restaurants. And it’s across a small street from the beach. Those are the only positives I can mention.
