"Stayed with my wife at the Benson for her birthday trip. Hotel was beautiful as soon as you walk in, with very old vibe and very nice lobby. "I was disappointed that room I reserved was not what I got. I reserved a 2 bed with a couch corner room. I got a ‘city’ view, 2 beds, no couch, no refrigerator room. It was not enough space for 3 people. The location is awesome with easy access to shopping, parking (garages close at 11pm), and public transportation. The hotel is locked down to keep the many homeless from entering. The food on site is very good and better than an average hotel kitchen. The service staff changed sheets and towels...
