There are BAD CUSTOMERS SERVICE, my check in so bad Mrs Le the one check in for me also charge me extra 50$ for what I had paid for my room and she didn’t care what I explained, they just want you to pay more try to upgrade with more money, This unprofessional Accor standard. This newer hotel is meticulous in every detail... the architecture and manicured landscaping is so beautiful. the Staff was so caring and helpful. Von at front desk was wonderful recommending a wonderful restaurant nearer the downtown market area. I will stay there again.

Enjoyed four nights at the beautiful landscape and modern villas: quiet room, comfort bed, good breakfast and helpful staff. Walking short distance to the local food restaurants nearby. Highly recommend to the traveller who wants recharge after a long day on the road. Definitely we prefer to stay at Mercure Dalat Resort whenever we visit the historical city of Da Lat, Lam Dong. I was upgraded to a family room, which was super nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful, with good English skills. The assortment at the breakfast buffet was one of the best I had ever had. The hotel even arranged for my return taxi to the airport and breakfast to go. I would definitely stay there again.

The facilities were poor for a property of this size and class. In addition, there was substantial building and construction work taking place throughout our stay and we were not notified or warned about this. To make matters worse, commercial filming, photoshoots, and other events were held multiple times which impacted on our enjoyment.
