From the second we stepped in the hotel until the moment we left we felt comfortable and delighted with the entire process of checking in to checking out . I would encourage everyone to stay at this hotel if staying in Manchester City centre , the location is perfect , the staff are incredibly attentive , the cleanliness of the rooms and facilities aswell as the lobby , check in desks and bar/restaurant is amazing and the staff are industry leading , this is the best hotel in Manchester and I urge everyone to experience it."

"Really quirky hotel.. rooms clean and minimalist.. ceilings are a bit strange.. like they not been finished off (plastered).. but maybe that’s the look they going for. Didn’t pay extra for breakfast.. bar prices pricey.. oh and you need your key card to scan when you get in the lift! Self check in machines were easy enough but there is staff on hand if you need them. Comfy bed and a quiet nights sleep (we were on 4th floor). My only feedback to perhaps improve is to have brew stuff in the rooms instead of on the landing near lift so you can make a brew in morning without getting dressed!"
