"Unable to check in as the system was down and had event to go to. The young woman at reception was so helpful in suggesting where i could get ready and was generally helpful during my overnight stay. All staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Bed/ sleep was good. Thought the general condition of the room was abit drab and could do with a refresh ( room 515 ). "
