"We were there 2 nights on a weekend. Nice high-ceiling, eye-catching decor, respectful, accommodating, and professional staff, delicious and well-presented food whether their hot buffet breakfast, or La Meza, 6 of elevators in south tower, lots of night time activities, seem to have an efficient security at the entrance driveway, love the K-9. There was just that sales person/kiosk, I think we’ve received 3 flyers from. Massage is still in-room, and they do not have all the services available yet. So if you plan to use their sauna. Either you do it before or after your massage. Pricing was awesome. We are going back in a few days :)"

"Parts of the building were showing its age, but otherwise a great stay. Friendly staff, very helpful. Greatest thing was the buffet breakfast, variety of food that changes every morning and that the elevators were almost usually empty, do not have to wait around because of full elevators"

"2nd time staying at New World. And it gets better every time. All of the staff especially on the 24th floor were so helpful. Alex and Wilson on the 24th floor Directors restaurant were excellent!! Once my kids walked in they knew their exact order. They were so nice to my kids, my kids felt so welcomed and at home. Thank you Alex and Wilson you are the best! "
