"Quite an experience to stay in this hotel. Everyone is so nice and helpful and are always with a smile. Breakfast is good although it was not as many variations as last year but I still totally enjoy the breakfast being served. The new breakfast place is just fabulous.The chef even made a requested pandesal with corned beef which is such a nice gesture that he remembers. Love the place and will stay again for sure."

"The hotel itself is very nice. The staff were very accomodating. The restaurant is good service, good food. The only disappointing aspect was finding that EVERY DELUXE room has no view out the window as they are all on the back of the hotel.. Deluxe does not describe the window view, unless you think a big grey wall a couple feet away is a deluxe view. It was not mentioned on the website. If it were I may have upgraded. Overall, it's nice place to stay. But be careful on the streets...
