"This was a gem of a hotel! It was our first time booking in Makkah and it was a fantastic location. It was right next to the clock tower to access and the internal lift made such a difference. The stay was so comfortable with shops in such close proximity. Would stay here again "

"It was pleasant experience with them . Because of rooms overbooked our desired room was not available but the girl at the front desk managed to get upgraded room for us. It was little cramped up cause of 2 extra beds ( which we were not needed) But no issues ,our main sleeping area was perfect. Room service guy( I think his name was Mohammed firoz?) was nice and polite person. Overall nice experience, will book again there in future."

"They charged car parking fee 50 Sr / day however car parking is with booking Room service very poor second day we called many times but no no room service"

"Excellent location, 5 mins from/to haram. Breakfast caters to all cuisines. Friendly staff. You can leave your bags with the concierge after check out to pick them later (if your flight/train is later than check out). Be mindful that they are works on the new extension, very closed to the hotel, so it can be noisy until 10/11pm"
