The whole experience was very good in my opinion. Everything was smooth, no headaches or going back and forth on anything. If something is missing, and I mean anything whether it is a material or a service, just ask and they will make it happen. Finally, big shout out for the cleaning member Mahmoud Ahmed this guy is very nice, helpful, and wants his guests to feel most comfortable, I truly appreciate his service.

We had the partial Haram view and the room was amazing, especially the bed near the large windows was just breath taking. Would highly recommend this hotel. The staff were very friendly and always wanting to assist.
