"Great property. Room service can be hit or miss. Loved the concierge and reception. Never knew when the shuttles to the Haram were so ended up walking back and forth. The road in front is always jammed with taxis so there’s always a crowd. It’s accessible to many different food locations. I didn’t try the restaurants in the hotel. "
