"Not enough can be said about the helpfulness of the staff at this Four Seasons. They had a considerable number of activities that were both educational and fun to break up the day between dips in the pool for families with younger children. Would definitely stay here again if/when I were to return to the Chiang Mai area. We were so happy with the resort that I felt bad leaving for the various

"What a fantastic stay! The owners are friendly and extremely helpful -- they even had their handyman help fix my suitcase wheel. And they set a comfortable, congenial tone that spreads to all guests. The

is excellent, and they accommodated my seafood allergy - making Thai

without fish and oyster sauce. The cabins are calm and breezy, making for a very relaxing atmosphere. I can't say enough good - would definitely stay again, and recommend to even the most picky traveler."

"Any detailed rating is really absurd so "unsatisfactory" is used just because some specific rating are demanded by this program. This hotel has been closed for some three years and has no business being advertised. It is the site of a tea farm. We did eat and sleep there because the on-site caretaker was gracious and there happened to be one bungalow kept for the owner's infrequent guests!"
