This place is a hidden gem! An old palatial property has been converted into a hotel with modern facilities. The staff was incredible, the breakfast was great and we were provided with a lot of "extras".

I loved this hotel! It was super cute and had a fantastic breakfast with specialty coffee in the morning. The staff were super helpful and friendly. They even helped dress me for an event ! They really went out of their way. It was also so close to so much to do around Chiang Mai centre. It’s really a great location. I wish I had stayed here longer

This is an great small boutique hotel. It is like taking a step back in the past with a classic hotel. Built in an old mansion the rooms surround two courtyards that are open to sky. Beautiful plantings and water features make this an idyllic place to sit and have a drink. The top floor has a large sitting area, and I believe all the rooms have balconies. Service was perfect, always there when you needed it but never in the way. The hotel was spotless, and I cannot ever remember staying in a cleaner hotel in Thailand. Our room was not large but perfectly fine for the two of us. The bathroom was well appointed and everything worked well. The a/c worked fine - although one can sit in the courtyards which are not air conditioned but the temperature is delightful with natural cross ventilation. There is a very good breakfast served daily. A very classy and relaxing place to stay. We would definitely come again. One tip - pick a room with a balcony on the second floor overlooking the courtyard. It is a wonderful place to sit and have an evening drink.
