"The communications with this hotel were exceptional! They were quick to keep me posted on issues at airport, and went above and beyond to pick us up late in the evening and check us in. The staff members were wonderful, and the free breakfast was delightful. It is unfortunate that we were heading out the next day since the pool and surrounding areas were inviting. This is a great hotel in close proximity to Chiang Mai International Airport. I would not hesitate to make reservations here...

"I booked two different accomodations in Chiang Mai and this was the first. I was really surprised by size and airiness of the serviced apt (end unit) and the whole experience was as if I was in a high end hotel, albeit smaller scale. Great breakfast and a beautiful pool that I never used. The property is a little detached from old town but is walkable or easy with Grab or other transport."

"Great place to stay. We stayed for 5 nights for both remote working and exploring Chiang Mai. Sky River pool is great but lacks any shade from the sun. 7-Eleven right across the road is very convenient. Gym is small with max 25kg dumbells. 20 Minute walk to Old City. Check-In and Check-Out was easy, and there is a tourist information office at the bottom of the building."

"The condo we stayed out was beautiful, spacious, and relaxing. The room facilities were clean, organized, & helpful for us travelers. There was an equiped kitchen, washing machine, separate bathtub & shower, a separate living space, & a balcony. Additionally, the roof had a gym & pool that overlooked the city. "Stylish, spotless and well-appointed location a 10-min walk from the old city. Spacious room, excellent and accommodating staff, cheap laundry machines, great breakfast. My only knock is that rooftop pool was only open until 7pm and that area has some ugly bunched-up astroturf issues. Overall, this place is an outstanding value."

"Pretty decent location and put you right into the action. Has nice live bar in front on the plaza. Only problem i had was the shower floor was engineered in correctly and doesnt drain water towards the drain, leaving a pool of sitting water after getting out of the shower."

"Lovely property with attentive staff that will go out of their way to assist you. The rooms are very comfortable, stylishish and clean. The staff was very helpful in arranging for a number of things for me, including hiring a private driner for some individual tours I wanted to do. I am traveling solo and appreciate that I felt safe and seen, which isn't always the case as a female traveler. Definitely get a Thai massage while you're here at the spa. I highly recommend. "
