Rody at the front desk, as well as the entire concierge staff were very helpful and arranged everything, from airport transfer, tour packages, dinner reservations, etc perfectly and with warm smile and chat. Overall the property was well maintained and staff was friendly, however the only flaw was the the property condition was a little rundown. Very comfortable and well located.
This is a very comfortable hotel, clearly well run, with excellent, large airy room with and large picture windows. The variety of foods for breakfast was impressive, with attentive and friendly staff. The hotel is well located, just 10 minutes walk from the old city with it's multiple temples. The night market is close too, and good restaurants within easy walking distance.

Staff were lovely but the property is a little run down. Walls and doors have damage in rooms and all through the property. Bathroom had dirty walls and furniture has definitely seen some things. Stuck in the 80’s without proper maintenance of the hotel. Shangri La standards are much higher in other cities.
