"We arrived 1-2 hours early but Staff was still able to assign us an open room when we asked. We were walked to our rooms, and the breakfast buffet was not bad. The location of the Artyzen is perfect as we used the shuttles in front of the hotel and also next door at Sands. There's also supermarkets and restaurants nearby in walking distance. When asked, Staff also provided recommendations."

"The room was excellent, beautifully presented. lack of a lobby lounge was poor. We asked for English Tea bags and were told it was chargeable. Coffee and tea in room was very basic"

"Staff spoke little English but were helpful when assistance was needed. Family room was spacious. However the sofa bed was uncomfortable and cannot be sleep on. Sore spine and terrible pain. Definitely not recommended for sleeping. "

The service was especially friendly and wonderful. They offered early check-in/late check-out, and also gave me fruits and sweets, suggested nice sightseeing routes, and even helped me exchange coins, which I really appreciated. "Everything was fantastic, bed was so comfortable but i can't imagine why check out took 45 min. I have to approach someone to facilitate. All the filipino attendants are very attentive and helpful. "

"Very bad experience for staying this hotel. Even it’s non smoking floor, it’s smoking smell everywhere. Bad smoking smell in the room and also the blanket and pillows. My kids kept complaining and do not want to stay there. "

"The hotel is conveniently located for easy access to both the airport and train station. It's also within walking distance of popular attractions like Ruin of St. Paul’s (Da San Ba). The staff are exceptionally warm, kind, and welcoming, making your stay feel special. The only drawback during my visit was the ongoing road construction in front of the hotel and building development nearby."
