"Lovely 2 bedroom suite. Luxurious and clean. Unfortunately upon entering, there was an obvious scent of cigarette smoke odour in the apartment even though its stated as a non smoking one. As we were unable to change the room as it was the only one of its type, hotel housekeeping provided 2 air ionisers to help remove the cigarette odours - which worked quite well for the 2 bedrooms. "

"Fabulous hotel in a great location on the Cotai strip. Beautiful large, clean and well appointed rooms. Very warm welcome from every member if staff we encountered - all v helpful. Bar tender in the Conservatory remembered us and our order from the previous evening and made us feel very special - thank you "

"I personally prefer hard pillows hence the ones in the room didn’t quite suit me. But overall, I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Breakfast is a good spread and a lady staff named Christina or Christine (apologies I didn’t see her name properly), but she’s from Philippines and very fair and slim, she’s very friendly."
