"I have never had a bad experience with Sofitel and not this time either. Large and luxurious rooms (also Superior rooms) with all amenities. Should I mention anything that could be improved it would be breakfast. Good and a lot of choice, but they had trouble keeping up at peak time. Good but have experienced better in other Dkfitel hotels. Still I do not hesitate to recommend, and would go back if I have the chance. What stands out are all the details in decoration and furnishings- beautiful...

"The executive room is nice with a king size bed and roomy washroom, clean, comfort, and elegant. The only downsize is that you may still smell the sense of burning cigarette on the non-smoking floor. Hotel staff provided sincere apologies but they didnt seem be able to fix the issue on a timely manner. It’s either the issue of the building structure or the fine of smoking cigarette. "

"I had troubles in the elevators for days. LED turns on green with cards but floor number buttons hardly respond. This happened in different elevators in different locations. I saw an other customer experiencing the same problem. There were 3 patterns. 1(normal): elevator moves with floor number LED on. 2(abnormal): elevator moves with LED off. 3(worst): elevator stay still. Elevator made by Hitachi."
