I need a refund. Pictures on the website are in that even what the real room is. There were holes in the walls and no lamp covers and no upper bolt lock. They refunded Expedia and said I need to get a refund from you.

The "non-smoking" room smelled of smoke. There were stains on the ceiling and door. There were roaches in the room. The floor was dirty. There were holes in the walls. There was a hole in the bathroom door. The bathtub drain was gross. The TV didn't work.

This property is old and it shows. Dirty bathtub. Unscrubbed. Thought I might catch athletes foot. Seems like some of the rooms are used for illicit activities as they always seemed to have sentries stationed outside. This was a very cheap room and the reason is that it is in an area of Lubbock that requires you to stay wary of your surroundings.

This was the most horrible experience ever. We checked in and the first room was so dirty and smelled like an ashtray. The front desk re-assigned another room and the key did not work, then we had to get a maid to let us into the room. The room was filthy and smelled bad. The mirror was 'ghetto graffiti tagged' and there were no light bulbs in the lamps. The furniture was gross and the toilet was dirty with dried on old feces. There was no pool, but an unsafe tarp over the unusable pool with no water. There were 2 young ladies trying to sell burner cell phones outside the rooms. There were 2 guys on bicycles riding around the parking lot trying to look into cars. We requested a refund for the room and went to another hotel that was SO MUCH BETTER. The refund has still not been applied to my credit card and there were 2 unauthorized charges to some unknown entity on my card that possibly came from the hotel clerk. I have to cancel my credit card and dispute the charges now.

The room was dirty, had mold and bed bugs. The TV didn't work, the fridge didn't work. There were no towels, soap or trashcans. Garbage was piled up around the stairs and people loitering outside or fixing their cars at all hours. I did not feel safe at all at this property and if our airbnb had running water, we would have never come.

Filthy and unsafe door locks didn’t work, the latch was missing bolts to try and help with securing of room while trying to sleep. The smoke alarm was pulled off wall from hardwiring and laying on table. No way would I ever stay or want anyone to stay at this property . Filth is one thing but unsafe takes it to a different scary level . Stayed only because it was late to travel to next hotel. Never ever again and you should NOT offer this hotel on your site!

The whole hotel should be condemned. It was dirty inside and outside. The room was not clean. There was a wet towel with blood. No towels. No soap or shampoo. The garbage outside was overflowing. The walls and floor were filthy. Not fit for living. Outside there were lots of shady people hanging around.
