"Fue un viaje de pareja y disfrutamos al máximo mi esposo dice que es un lugar que nunca va a olvidar, el confort, el lujo, todo, te sientes top. Un ambiente muy romántico y a la vez familiar. Desde que llegas siente la calidez y amabilidad de sus empleados, el chico del checking es muy amable creo que se llama Ame (o algo parecido) me dieron la opción de hacer late check out y nos vino muy bien ya que pudimos disfrutar un poco más. El trato en el restaurante italiano 5/10 La pizza muy quemada...

"Property was clean and beautiful. Staff was very nice. Ebikes did not work for the entire week we were there. Lighting in the bathroom is not very good. Food at the buffet was good to excellent most of the time. It was a challenge to make a reservation in one of the al-la-carte restaurants so we didn't visit any of them. I had read that English is widely spoken. This was not true. Best to know spanish if you want to converse with the staff. Area surrounding the resort is poor and dirty but there is no need to leave the resort. We didn't do any excursions but others who did liked them."
