First I want to say, everyone I spoke to was kind, attentive, and had a positive attitude. The only person that was rude was viva membership people that didn’t even acknowledge my wife. Other than that whatever they advised was badly executed or false. 1. The food was not good, the quality of the food in the buffet was very poor and honestly my wife only ate fruit the entire trip. The dining restaurants weren’t any better. 2. There is no hot water in the bathrooms max is room temperature and the water pressure is really low. 3. We paid for a bungalow because on their website it states there’s a private heated pool which was false we thought ours was broken and when we asked they said no pools are heated. 3. The floor around the pool are very beautiful but my wife and I were holding on to each other to not slip and fall. 4. Room service was so slow, one day we called for towels and to order food and no one answered the phone the entire day we called all throughout the day. I ended up going to the front desk and asking for towels and we got them several hours later. This is a place I wouldn’t recommend to friends and family.
