"Excellent location and great property"

"My teen daughter and I stayed in London for 5 days. I choose the Apex based on reviews and it didn’t disappoint.The hotel is in Tower Hill right next to Tower bridge. The hotel has a nice restaurant which is open pretty late and gets very crowded wed-friday for happy hour. The hotel is clean and also has a nice lobby to chill out in. There are a few pubs just a few feet away and the tube is around the block. We stayed in a delux room and it was extremely spacious with a pretty big bathroom. It was perfect! Overall the hotel was great, clean and conveniently located. Would def recommend it."

"We’re picky, but we’re impressed by this place. It’s bustling and efficient and well-situated; rooms were nicely appointed and spacious. The location is fantastic. There’s a reason this is full of air crews, business groups and families. Taking off one point for erratic service — desk said they’d text when our room was ready, but didn’t; housekeeping made the beds but didn’t clear away half-finished teacups or take wet towels off the chair. But I’d still stay here again anytime. "

"Very clean, friendly staff. Spacious room. Updated bathroom. Really close to Lambeth North Underground stop. Small market, coffee shop, fried chicken place next to hotel. Easily walking distance from the Eye, Big Ben, Westminster Pier. I would stay there again. "
