"Exceptional accomodation. A very good location for Albert Docks area & the Arena events. Room was great with a large bedroom with ensuite bathroom, kitchen with nice dining area. Would be perfect for longer stays (long weekend, week etc). Amazing staff, friendly and fun to interact with. "

"Firstly, we stay here because of the parking. It’s not multi storey, maybe a tad cramped, but because it’s on-site, easily accessible. The staff are great, polite and professional. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to Liverpool One which again is a huge plus, but I suppose my main issue is that unlike other similar chains, basics like a fridge in the room are not provided, I would also suggest the bathrooms are very tight with slightly fatigued fittings! . "Because of my wife being unwell, we spent much more time in the hotel room than intended. What a good job that this was one of the best rooms we have stayed in, half the price of London rooms for double the size. We were aware of the announcements from Lime Street station, but given we were on the 5th floor, it was back ground noise.
