"The property was centrally located and we felt safe in the neighborhood. The services we received from the staff was personalized and excellent. The room was very nice and clean. "The hotel is close to the terminal, a few minutes walk but walking is a challenge in heavy traffic in a walking unfriendly environment when you have luggage. The hotel has free shuttle services. In their email to me, they did not provide the information on where I could find the shuttle when I arrived. On departure day, their shuttle was at least 15 minutes later than they told us and was not big enough to sit all the people waiting in the queue. The line was longer as some decided to walk to...

"I had a great 9-day stay in Lisbon last week based at the Inspira Liberdade Boutique Hotel. The hotel is well designed and was quite comfortable. The property had great spa-like amenities. A great buffet breakfast was included each morning. The staff was quite help and professional. The staff even offered to prepare for me a boxed breakfast for my 5 AM return flight home. "

"This is a very nice hotel with just about everything you would expect from a 5*. Front desk staff and Concierge were very helpful, breakfast buffet and diner at the restaurant were very good, the spa facility and pool were very nice. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk downhill to shopping and 15 minute walk down to the main tourist areas. A few quirks / observations about our room.
