"There are many 5 stars hotels, but the difference is in staff. This hotel has so helpful and nice staff that is just a pleasure talking to them. Hotel is older (there are some visible cracks) but very well maintained, clean and safe. Breakfast is amazing! Every time I travel to Lisbon I'm staying at that hotel. If you can afford the price, you should choose this one - you will not be sorry. "

"The hotel has a super location and one can walk everywhere. The stay was like being in someone’s residence. Very warm and welcoming snd beautifully decorated. Food and drinks were great.
