"We loved everything about this property. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. They allowed us to store our bags while we waited for our check-in time which was very convenient. The property is in an amazing neighborhood that has restaurants and shopping less than a 30 second walk. Our private room/with private washroom was located just off of a private street, so we did not have any issues with noise. Highly recommend!! "

"This was in an excellent and safe location for getting anywhere in the city, and Manuel shared all the necessary stops in town. The bus for the airport and the metro for Old Town were steps away from the front door. The rooms were spacious, clean, and relaxing. The breakfast and host Anna were exceptional. "The property was very clean and well maintained. The only negatives were that the first night we arrived, a Saturday , it was very noisy till about 2 am. The source of the noise was outside the area of this establishment but in the same building. The other was that there was almost no storage space in the unit. Hence the 4 rather than 5."

"What a find! Centrally located in a "local traffic only" part of Lisbon. Surrounded by the livelyness of the city, this is a peaceful oasis in the midst of it all. "The property is very nice, but the rooms are not all in the same building. It was a little convoluted to travel between rooms. The rooms are spacious There are no elevators. you pre order breakfast the night before and it is delivered to your room. Rooms were equipped with kitchenette with utensils. Very convenient. The room is fine, othen than the fact the there is no private bathroom - 3 rooms share one in each of the two floors. The bathroom is in disrepair and the walls had water leak marks.
