The number one draw of the hotel: free dinner and drinks, turned into its biggest headache due to insufficient space for food stations and seating in the dining area. To alleviate the latter, additional seating was placed on the second floor, right outside our hotel room! Everytime I'd open the door, I'd be greeted by a family of four eating, and gawking into my room.

We appreciated the assistance of the young man working the front desk. He was very pleasant and professional. We felt the dining area was far too small for the capacity of the hotel. Overall, a nice hotel with very helpful staff.

Our overall experience was great! Stayed 2 nights. The complimentary breakfast and dinner was very good, except for Christmas morning, non of the hot food was ready yet. Also, there were no coffee cups, plates, silverware in the hotel room. We were also disappointed there were no chairs on the terrace that we could sit on outside our room.
