"Location in front of train station. Staff was friendly & helpfull. The elevator was under construction. Rooms rug looked dirty. They gave us a room that was behind a city construction and they started to work at 7:40 am. They didn't advise when checked in. "

"Lovely hotel on the shores of Lake Geneva. Upgrade to a suite made for a perfect birthday celebration. Helpful staff. I used the gym in the next door hotel. Several restaurants nearby if you want eat out. Across the road from the metro which runs directly to the Lausanne station"

"This is a fabulous property and well-deserving of its 4 stars. Sadly, I came when the fog had descended on the area so I couldn't see the stunning views, but I have been to the area numerous times and know they are breathtaking. I loved that the Epesses train stop was 3 minutes from the hotel (be aware there are a lot of steps to get there). I had to talk with the front desk several times for personal reasons and they were nothing short of magnificent and helpful. The place was so clean and had...
