"The staff was so very friendly and helpful. Our room was perfect for us with a small refrigerator and wine glasses! We sat in the garden area adjacent to the hotel and enjoyed our breakfasts as well as wine in the evening. The beds were comfortable and we slept very well each night because the hotel is located in a quiet area! The metro system is conveniently located and easy to navigate! Wonderful coffee shop right around the corner. Highly recommend this quaint hotel"

"Cheap and very basic. Handy to find somewhere for £60 a night that has a fridge, mini kitchen. Underground parking cost extra. Breakfast was basic, not much choice. "The staff were fabulous!! The breakfast was really good and has the best outlook over the lake. Nice and close to the train. The only minor thing was we couldn't find the air con the first night and it was really hot in the room so we needed to open the windows. It was close to midnight and had been up and travelling since 6am when we checked in so we were too tired to try and find out whether the room didn't have it. It was hidden behind the curtain and on the floor, in other places the air con is up high because cool air sinks and also behind a curtain doesnt really help with air flow. A really minor thing but it could be good to have the room cool before check in or advice on how to operate as it was ~30 degrees at the time. "
