"This was one of, if not the nicest hotel we have stayed in. The staff was incredibly helpful. Our room was impeccable with comfortable beds, heated bathroom floor beautiful balcony with view of Lake Geneva. We did not care for the restaurants, but that was our personal choice. If you want a 5 star hotel - stay here, you will not be disappointed."

"The hotel was fine, but we expected parking lot at the hotel (because we specifically searched for that) and when we got there there was no hotel parking lot and we had to park in a public parking lot and pay for that seperately. "Everything about this hotel was fantastic. The service was great from the start with everyone we came in contact with. The room was first class and a great place to relax and rejuvenate. Location, location, location as well, right on Lake Geneva. The tram from train station will lead you straight to the edge of the property. Couldn't be more pleased!! P.S. - Umbrellas offered all over property to take, borrow, and return, was a nice simple touch!!"

"We saw a little more of Lausanne than we, thanks to some road work and detours. But once we made our way to Hotel Elite, everything was great for a quick visit.
