"Everything about this hotel was fantastic. The service was great from the start with everyone we came in contact with. The room was first class and a great place to relax and rejuvenate. Location, location, location as well, right on Lake Geneva. The tram from train station will lead you straight to the edge of the property. Couldn't be more pleased!! P.S. - Umbrellas offered all over property to take, borrow, and return, was a nice simple touch!!"

"This was one of, if not the nicest hotel we have stayed in. The staff was incredibly helpful. Our room was impeccable with comfortable beds, heated bathroom floor beautiful balcony with view of Lake Geneva. We did not care for the restaurants, but that was our personal choice. If you want a 5 star hotel - stay here, you will not be disappointed."
