Check in was for 3:00pm but had to wait until after 5:00pm to get our room. Once in the room, the sheets were dirty but bed was made, room not vacuumed, and leftover food was still in cabinet. Properly made no consideration to the situation. Highly unprofessional and will not be going back.

The Wynn is an excellent choice for all your overnight stay needs. My wife and I enjoyed the Christmas and New Years decorations immensely. It shows that the Wynn staff cares about your stay enjoyment!! Will definitely be staying here again!!

Our room was not ready until 5:15pm. I had to repeatedly go back to the front desk to ask about my room. Very inconvenient especially when check in time is 3pm. It’s a waste of my vacation time to have to go stand in line multiple times to ask for a room that should have been ready hours ago. And the preregistration process is worthless since it did nothing to speed up check in. I expect more from a property like the Wynn.
