It's Vegas, so everything inside the casinos, is expensive. But you can take a short walk to many affordable dining choices. They don't give you a refrigerator, as I suspect they want you to either buy their overpriced drinks, or attempt to drink for free by gambling (which always cost us even more). Don't pay for an upgraded room. We did, and when we arrived, were told they were out of the upgraded rooms. Expedia kept the money we spent on the upgrade.

Customer service was lacking from the moment we got here. They were annoyed we needed a person instead of the machines to check in. Then, we reported we received a dirty room, and got shuffled around and made to wait for 30 minutes. Then they said they’d send someone to clean it, and they never did. As part of our group was leaving they had to use the bag check, and were treated very poorly there as well.

The room itself was extremely basic, almost bare-bones, with little attention to comfort. Unless budget is your primary concern, I would recommend looking elsewhere. This hotel is fine if you just need a place to sleep, but don’t expect any extra comfort or amenities.

We had people on both sides of our room that were EXTREMELY noisey. We asked to be moved to another room as they kept us up until 1:30 and got up at 5 with the same noise! The lady said it was all full and it was NOT. Could havs booked another room online!

I didn’t like the cost of checking in early. It rained Feb13 and they had several garbage pail all over the casino to catch watch from a leaking roof! Approached by several people asking for money—perhaps security should be a the door (seemed homeless people)

Did not like the early check in fee of $50. In all my years at the Mirage I never ever payed for any early check in. Very disappointed with that. I feel like I’m being nickel & dined for every little thing. Why no fridge in room? Or why is there only a half glass in the shower? Your prices are also too high. It’s crazy to pay almost $9 for 20oz bottle of water.

I was not happy with housekeeping coming in while I was gone after 2pm after i told them I didn't want them to clean my room. I had all my luggage open and belongings out. I never even got a call back.from the manager when i complained at the front desk.
