"Stayed here for almost a week while my son attended Marine Leadership courses in Vista. Hotel had a rigid check in process. Drove in from AZ (6hrs) and wanted to check in at 2pm vs. 4pm. I was asked to return at 4. No worries, I went to a local spot called Peabodys and had some snacks and beer. Room was spacious and had a great view of the ocean. Breakfast was the same each day but it was a good selection. Pool was nice and so was hot tub. Good location to nice restaurants. However, if you want to walk to them, you will have to walk up and down the hotel driveway which I appropriately named..."Apetitie Hill". "

"I called the property to let them know that my husband was handicap and if it was possible to get a room now on elevator. When we arrived they greeted us right away and was able to provide us with a room near the elevator which we were eternally grateful for. The rooms are beautiful I have stayed in many hotels and I really really love the setup of this room. We had a room with two beds. There was plenty of room for my husband's motorized scooter. Sitting area and an extra lounger that someone could truly sleep on. Will definitely be going back soon."
