"The room was comfortable and the bathroom nice. The hallway was a bit noisy in the morning as the cleaning staff went about their business - not really able to sleep in. breakfast was really good. Front desk staff nice. Staff in the spa was not helpful or friendly - in my opinion, a phone call should not take priority over three couples standing in line. But generally, a very good place to stay."

"The hotel was fantastic. Great location with a 15 minute beautiful walk along the lake to RIva. Great views of the lake and mountains. "We had a suite with a kitchen and bathroom. 5 people could sleep in this suite. Everything was modern. Staff was really friendly. Breakfast was typical Italian breakfast (lots of sweets, cheese, sausage). The mattress and pillows were horrible (really hard). Parking space at hotel are sparse and only for small cars."
