"The room was comfortable and the bathroom nice. The hallway was a bit noisy in the morning as the cleaning staff went about their business - not really able to sleep in. breakfast was really good. Front desk staff nice. Staff in the spa was not helpful or friendly - in my opinion, a phone call should not take priority over three couples standing in line. But generally, a very good place to stay."

"We stayed between 10th-16th August 2024 and we were so happy we got to stay at this hotel when we booked last minute. We were lucky enough that the only room left was superior double (room 22, 3rd floor) and was blown away by the view from the balcony, the photos do not do it justice! The room was clean, spacious with plenty of storage and a comfy large bed. From the minute we arrived staff were friendly and helped us book a taxi to Verona. "It is very small place , like bed& breakfast For quick trip and price was reasonable. Place to sleep, it is clean . Do not plan to check in after 8 pm , it get complicated and get in to hotel is from dark side stairs with no light , make sure your phone is charged to use as flash light "
