"My boyfriend and I enjoyed 3 nights here during Día De Los Muertos. I’ll start with the good stuff: 1. Amazing location right next to the zocalo (of course, It’s in the name) 2. Super trendy hotel 3. Daniel and Antonio were very helpful and very kind during our stay 4. Cafe offers complimentary snacks and beverages. So nice! Cons: 1. Our room wasn’t cleaned the 3 days during our stay. We did leave the room from 10a-4p for activities and it wasn’t cleaned all 3 days. 2. Face painting...

"It was hard to find the property at first since it does not have the name listed outside, but the man with the short hair was always very accommodating from the very start. He walked all the way to where we were so he could guide us to the building. Additionally, he would answer any questions we had regarding local places and the best ways to get there, even about local food. With that said, the rooms were very small as well as some of the common areas. Overall, the staff made it better."
