"The Resort was an amazing, magical experience from start to finish. The greeting, room and clothing preparation was lovely and quick with enough time to get clothed and set up before dinner. Each course during dinner was prepared beautifully and despite some fear around what we might be served everything tasted just as mind blowing as it looked. "Absolutely beautiful hotel. What I love the most is the private onsen in the room. It's in a semi-open space (not in the room, but under a roof kind of in the back balcony). The private onsen refills itself, and temperature regulated. It was amazing. Beautiful scenery, excellent staff, exceptional breakfast."

"While my wife and I had a nice stay at the hotel, I have a few useful pieces of information for foreigners travelling to this hotel. 1. The rooms don’t have a bath or shower.
