"My sons and I liked the onsen experience, the small services at the onsen and the nightly ramen."

"Really fantastic stay. Both for the experience, and easy location to the monkey park (which the staff provided a free shuttle to and from). Decided to go for half board - breakfast/dinner - and the food was SO good, especially the second night’s dinner. Staff were all wonderful and attentive and the Onsen (indoor and outdoor) was the perfect way to end the day. 10/10 recommend and will stay here again if I’m back in the area."

"The Dormy Inn in Nagano was an excellent value! The location is first rate - less than 10 minutes walking from Nagano Station. The Inn has wonderful amenities - an indoor/outdoor onsen. After onsen free ice cream snacks. A very tasty breakfast including Japanese and western cuisine - the quality and variety was great and the price was reasonable. "Lovely stay. Full Japanese experience. Traditional but with modern amenities. Lovely onsen. Traditional evening meal and breakfast. Shuttle bus to Snow monkeys included. Lovely hosts Would highly recommend."
