"I love scousers because of their warmth and friendliness but the service here - apart from the reception - was abysmal. If breakfast is supposed to be served until 9.30am you shouldn’t be made to feel like a criminal when you greet the staff with a friendly ‘good morning’ to be met with a cold response, looking at their watches and offering no welcome greeting in return.
